The location is super close to the Air Force base. The shower wasn't cleaned well during our stay.

Nice staff and quick check-in. Room cleanliness was an issue, and the bathroom had mold. Location is great for Lackland AFB. I'd suggest double-checking your room before settling in.

I woke up to a free Bright Side Breakfast® of waffles, hard, boiled eggs, and all, you. Enjoyed free Ultra Fast internet and the hotel's proximity to attractions. Fun times!
I just loved finding dead bugs inside picture frames and orange water coming out of the faucet. Such thoughtful details.

The hotel's welcoming atmosphere with the Air Force seal and family-friendly signs made us feel right at home. Exploring the nearby Golf Club of Texas and strolling along the vibrant River Walk added an extra touch of fun to our family getaway.
My kids wished for a larger play area for children.

the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the room was clean, and the AC and mini fridge were in good working order. the location was convenient and quiet, providing plenty of parking. we had no issues during our four-day stay, making it a economical choice for our needs.

As a woman traveling alone, I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, the convenient location near Lackland Air Force Base, and the updated decor.

Location was great, very close to LAFB. Breakfast was satisfying.
Room cleanliness was disappointing, especially the bathroom and floors. The phone was dirty, and the mattress showed signs of wear.

So, we recently stayed at a La Quinta property and wanted to share our experience with you. We were a bit disappointed that there was no table with chairs provided. We made it work by using the ironing board as a table, but having a proper dining area would have been much more convenient. the room we were initially placed in had a few issues like a broken door handle and a loose security lock. The bathtub also had a ring around it plus a hair hanging from the faucet which was a bit off-putting. after bringing these concerns up, we were upgraded to a larger and more comfortable room which we really appreciated. The air conditioning unit in the room made a loud noise every time it turned on, which was quite bothersome. the mattress was saggy in the middle, making it less than ideal for a good night's sleep. In terms of cleanliness, we found some areas lacking. The room itself was dirty, and we had to wear socks the whole time to avoid our feet turning black from walking around. The water pressure in the shower was abysmal, and the bathtub and counters had cigarette burns all over them in a supposed non-smoking room. Feeling safe was also an issue, as there were sketchy individuals around the property and even reports of drug deals in the parking lot. on the bright side, the location near the military base was convenient for our visit, and the room size was adequate despite the cleanliness issues. the stay had its ups and downs. While there were some disappointing aspects, like the cleanliness issues and safety concerns, there were also some positives, like the location and the room upgrade provided after our initial concerns were raised.

The bed was comfy, making it easy to relax after a long day exploring the nearby Lackland Airforce Base and other attractions. The proximity to the base was convenient for my visit, allowing me to quickly get to where I needed to be. the room had a nice view of the surrounding area, adding a pleasant touch to the stay.
The overall cleanliness of the room was disappointing, with bugs present and unclean bed linen. The lack of maintenance was evident with a broken shower head and door, making it difficult to feel secure.

We were so close to the Air Force base where we were hyped to see the soldiers in action. Plus, we hit up the Golf Club of Texas and Quarry Golf Course, then chilled at the famous River Walk!
More party vibes needed for us night owls! .
